Based in Bude, North Cornwall, Helen makes linocuts that document daily life. Food and the environments in which it is prepared and eaten are common themes running through her prints.
"I want to capture the humility in the rituals of our domestic lives."
Working mainly in linocut, Helen also reproduces her drawings in alternative ways by making interventions and adaptations to the traditional print processes.
Helen studied Graphic Design in Manchester before completing an MA in Printmaking at the Royal College of Art.
