Emma DoveEmma's background is in graphic design and she has lived in Kent for over 25 years. Married with two young boys, when she is not painting or print making she enjoys playing the piano, yoga and the occasional gentle jog around the block.
Inspired by nature and the countryside, Emma's work often features birds, trees and interesting skies. "I enjoy experimenting with patterns, textures and layers of colour to add detail and impact to my paintings and prints." Emma works from her studio at home in Kingsnorth and takes part in local exhibitions, open studios and public art projects. Her work can also be seen in one of the Crest Nicholson showhomes at Finberry in Ashford. Emma recently participated in the Snowdogs Discover Ashford trail and is a member of the Ashford Visual Artists. |
